Workout Wardrobe

Since I've been doing the 30 Day Abs Challenge and started my cardio routine, I've lacked a little motivation but new clothes always helps me get in the right mindset.  Here are a few things that have helped made working out for me easier...

1. You need something to support the girls while you run, so why not choose something in a bright color? I love Aerie bras and their sports bras are great too!
2. Staying hydrated is important. I prefer water bottles with straws and this one from Target is easy on the eyes and wallet.
3. Stella McCartney has been collaborating with Adidas since 2005. These training tights are great for running or even yoga.
4. Splendid is great for soft, comfortable basics. I have a cardigan from them that I practically live in. These Splendid shorts would be great for a light stretch session or some core exercises. Added bonus: these are chic enough to also wear out during the day for running errands and maybe even brunch with the girls.
5. I don't like working out in tight, clingy tops. I'm usually all sweaty and huffing and puffing. I don't need to feel like my shirt is trying to suffocate me at the same time. This American Eagle top is loose and in a fun vibrant color.
6. Now cashmere isn't exactly a workout friendly material but I couldn't resist putting this dream Banjo & Matilda hoodie in my list; it is a wish list after all.
7. Graphic tees and tanks can add some brightness to a bland routine. This American Eagle tank has neon colors and palm trees, win win!
8. Doing crunches on the floor can be hard on your back. This yoga mat from Gaiam provides just enough cushioning to make you comfortable enough to almost take a nap.
9. I have two pairs of Nike Free Runners already. They are by far my comfiest pair of shoes but a girl can never have too many ;) For my next pair, I think I'll go the custom route. I just can't resist something that's Tiffany blue.

Have a great weekend!
